Turn one stabilized pumping observation into specific capacity and a cautious linear screen for another flow.

Measure from one documented reference point after an appropriate recovery period.
Use the level at the stated test flow after the observation has stabilized sufficiently.
Measure flow during the same period as the pumping-level observation.
Keep close to the tested range; extrapolation becomes increasingly unreliable.

The static and pumping levels share one reference, and the stated flow and level represent the same stabilized observation. The linear projection excludes nonlinear well loss, boundaries, delayed yield, seasons, interference and continuing drawdown. Use it only near tested conditions and never as proof of sustainable yield or safe pump setting.
